20 years after the fall of the Berlin wall in, hundreds of people together with star tenor Paul Potts sing Beethoven's
"Ode an die Freude" 

The event was initiated by T-Mobile and used for their campaign "Grenzen gab's gestern" (Yesterday there were borders.)  For us another great example to show how PanBeam loudspeakers are used in the Sound Rental Business.

System configuration:
- 2 PanBeam PB 24's used as main system
- 4 PanBeam PB 16's placed at the middle and rear of the hall
- 4 PanBeam PB 8's for side fill in and monitoring.
- Separate sub woofers for the very low end.

It all ended up in - great musical sound -

Pan Beam loudspeakers can be applied in many sound reinforcement applications.
Because or their low profile they are very well suited for projects were cosmetics play a significant role.
Sound rental people like them very much because of their light weight, the fact that adjustment to the sound beam can be made simple and fast (on the fly) and also because PB8's can be very easily combined to form PB16, PB24, etc.

The fact that this event took place in a very reverberant room and PanBeam loudspeakers can aim sound at a very consistent sound pressure level exactly (and only) where it is needed, made it all an even better match.

Clear, sound for music an speech at a (more than) sufficient SPL even in such a reverberant environment.

• PanBeam being installed at the Mercedes-Benz museum in Stuttgart, Germany
  
  A difficult, very reverberant space where you would like to have high quality intelligible sound. A solution that should be good-looking and non-intrusive with the environment. The main ingredients why it was decided to install PanBeam PB8’s. Below a pictures of the museum and a PB8 being installed.

  With operational systems of well over 20 years of age, ACS systems prove to be a solid investment. Recently theatre "de Junushoff" in Wageningen was renovated. The installed ACS system, 11 years of age, has been re-installed. Being very flexible the ACS system, without changes to its processing, was tuned to fit the new acoustical situation.

ACS has  installed an system for variable acoustics in a trailer that  shove out to twice its "road size".
The "Princes Christina Concours"  an organization that has many activities to promote classical music under young people will make a 3 year tour along elementary schools in the Netherlands giving live performances. The system is capable to change acoustics from the trailers 0.4 seconds natural reverberation time to acoustics of small and larger concert halls and even to that of a cathedral.  The Acoustics together with the trailer's great interior, video and lighting will make it an unforgettable experience for the children.                Check  www.classicexpress.nl  (in Dutch).
